For this particular colour, we typically recommend applying an additional coat of paint but you had already applied another brands paint on top before reaching out to us. Since the paint itself was not faulty, we were unable to process a refund or replacement under these circumstances. We also attempted to follow up with a voicemail but did not receive a response.
