We are extremely happy to hear that you found your experience with the dentist to be very positive but not so happy to hear that we were not able to help you as efficiently as we would have liked. We do have patient care consultants in various different time zones around the world so it is not always possible to contact the clinic directly ourselves therefore, having to have the appropriate staff member contact them instead. In your particular case we had trouble getting the actual appointment time from the clinic despite our continuous efforts and for that we apologize on behalf of them. -Dental Departures customer care
