I have checked our records and when you first made contact with us, you said that you had a broken tooth that needed repair. One way of fixing a broken tooth can be to use a filling and the other is to use a crown. As we were discussing this over the internet, it is always difficult to know the best option for your individual case until you have been examined by the specialist. I am sorry that you are not happy that you needed to have a crown thought I expect that the specialist discussed this with you at your consultation prior to beginning treatment work for the crown. Our patient care co-ordinators are her to assist you as best we can but it is the clinics and patients that make the final decisions.
