Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

originally you self-booked appointments with 4 different clinics for the same day, all through us at Dental Departures. As we can not accommodate this in our system, I did try to phone you but was not able to get through so I then emailed you on the 13th March and asked you which clinic that you would like to attend for your dental care. I am sorry that we were not able to schedule your original appointment with Sea Smile for the 14th April but as I explained to you, it is right in the middle of the Thai New Year on the 14th and as most of our clinics are closed over that week, Sea Smile are extremely busy and were not able to fit you in. I then confirmed an appointment time for you with Promjai Dental Clinic Patong at 10:00am on the 14th April. This appointment has been confirmed so you are all set.
