Poor customer service. Lied to

By doing as they say . They told me if I had paid by bacs invoice for vat delayed if I pay by card over phone instant ? So paid by card over 24 hours later no vat receipt .. called them earlier today...

thanks for the reply but you need to train your staff or listen to the call would you like a copy as we were told if we pay over the phone an instant vat invoice pay online takes 48 hours so now your saying different thats fine it come 72 hours later Dont worry we wont use you again .. we are not the liars
