Good morning -- We are sorry to hear of your experience, however, as with all jobs, we carry out a full survey and then provide a no obligation quotation with no call out charge, so customers only expense is their time if they do not wish to have the work done and have every opportunity to decline our quote and shop around, we can't really be any fairer than that.
