Good morning -- We are sorry to hear your experience wasn't a great one, unlike many other customers who we serve on a daily basis. Firstly apologies for the delay with the appointment, unfortunately from time to time technicians simply get beaten by the clock as some jobs can taken longer than expected. As for the price, we always advise before any work is started and with absolutely no obligation, there was also no call out charge - customers have every opportunity to decline and shop around. We did a little more than just replace a wire, which was the cables, cones and a retention to springs. The technicians are highly skilled with years of experience hence why the work would take not as long as anyone without such skills. All the same, we do appreciate your business and always happy to discuss further or assist in the future should you require our services. We hope you have a good weekend.
