Failure to switch my account properly and quickly
We arranged to switch accounts to this bank on the 11th May and was given the date of May 21st. Texts were received, new cards, new pin numbers, emails for internet banking and a cheque book. All...

Thank you for feedback and I am sorry to learn that we were unable to complete the transfer of your account by the date that had originally been agreed. I am aware that one of our Customer Service Managers spoke with you on 22 May 2018 to explain why this has happened and to agree how we can address the issues you have raised and ensure that the transfer will now be completed on 31 May 2018.

Apparently my error in switching accounts was a one off, never before seen error and has now been resolved. The account switch has now taken place and all is good with the world. Thankyou
