Cancelled insurance 3 days after buying it and 14 days before flight. Well within their policy schedule. Two months later still haven't received refund.

Unhappy and out of pocket
Due to COVID-19 my holiday was cancelled. I contacted covermore about a refund for the insurance I took out but never heard back. Therefore I am very dissatisfied with the service I received.

Excellent Service, very happy with Cover-More and everything they provided. Even when Covid-19 prevented out travel, we were able to cancel our policy and receive a percentage of our money back

Slow response
Very slow to respond( over three weeks), by which it was too late. Given the crisis at the time it is understandable, but lucky it was not a serious problem.
