Put a written complaint in and have heard nothing back. Cover more is making money out of senior citizens and would not deal with them again

Usually no problems with them but have emailed them twice over the past week to put claim on hold due to covid and have had no response as yet.
Will have to try and chase them again next week.

I have used covermore for many years but found this time that the insurance was very expensive. I will probably not end up using it as my trip will most likely be cancelled .
