Hassle free refund
Due to covid 19 and everyone having their holiday cancelled asked for a refund on my travel insurance sent in a online request 4 weeks later refund received with no problems

Service? What service? I've been unable to get in contact with Cover-More Travel Insurance. Tried to call, was on hold for 2 hours. Disgusting!
