We are sorry to learn that the level of service you received was inconsistent and that having several different guides affected the overall flow of your journey. While it is encouraging to hear that one guide stood out positively, we understand how disappointing it must have been when others did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the local specialist who spoke only Japanese are also noted, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regret that some parts of the itinerary felt too rushed, particularly the visit to Mount Fuji and Hakone after a long coach journey. We understand how frustrating it can be to spend significant time travelling only to have limited time at the destination. Your feedback will be shared with our operations team for review. Thank you as well for highlighting the challenges some guests experienced with the walking requirements. We appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer fitness level guidance, and we are sorry that this resulted in guests being left behind or relying on others for assistance. While it is good to hear that the later hotels were an improvement, we understand your disappointment with the size and comfort of the first two. Your suggestion regarding optional sightseeing tours with low participation is very helpful, and we will pass this on to the relevant team as part of our efforts to provide flexibility wherever possible.
