Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It is very important to pay attention on the Latin America public that do not have a good English or are not fluent on it. If the Travel Director do not speak slower or give special attention to those that do not have English as its native language, the excursion can become a nightmare or extremely unpleasant, as happened to us. When we bought the excursion's program we were not advised the need of fluency on english. So our vacation could have been much better than it was.
