We regret that the morning visit to Boston did not coincide with the opening hours of the places you had been promised, that the resort at Hyannis was winding down for the season, and that several attractions were closed or left you without adequate guidance. We are also sorry that you found the hotels damp, dirty and unsuitable, and that you felt the Coach Driver and Travel Director did not work together as a team or provide the level of safety, professionalism and local knowledge you rightly expected. Concerns of this nature are taken very seriously. We are pleased, at least, that the scenery in Vermont and New Hampshire made such a strong impression. We can confirm that we received your email, and we hope that the resolution was to your satisfaction.
