Costsaver Reviews

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience so memorable, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver worked so well together and made you feel safe throughout. We are also pleased that the views, the food and the coach itself met with such approval, and that the group became something of a new family by the end of the journey. We appreciate your recommendation and your kind note of thanks to the colleagues concerned, which we shall be sure to pass on. We are sorry that two of the hotels did not offer the standard of service expected of a four-star property. We regret the dated rooms and the presence of bed bugs at one, and the unclean room, the single bath towel with a stain and the hairs in the bathtub and sink at the other. These matters are unacceptable, and we fully understand why they diminished an otherwise excellent journey. Your point that guests are entitled to accommodation that reflects the standard described is a fair one, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the properties concerned may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such generous feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour awesome, well planned and well organised, and that your Travel Director's patience, kindness and willingness to go beyond what was expected made such a strong impression. We are also pleased that he kept the group on schedule, and that the Optional Excursions offered such a worthwhile opportunity to learn about the culture of each region, including your visit to the copper art studio and museum. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience wonderful, and that your Travel Director's knowledge and warm manner, together with the careful organisation and the swift resolution of any difficulties, made such a positive impression. We are also pleased that your Coach Driver's skill and knowledge of the roads contributed so much to your enjoyment. We appreciate your suggestion that a little more time, or an overnight stay, in Monaco would have been welcome, and your helpful advice that a reasonable level of fitness is needed for such an active itinerary. We are also sorry that the cost of the Optional Excursions proved considerable for guests whose currency does not benefit from a favourable exchange rate. This is a fair point, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour and the pricing of the Optional Excursions may be considered carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a warm and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary and coach excellent, and that the two-week journey across the regions of Italy left you with such a strong affection for the country. We are also pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge and humour made such a lasting impression, and that your Coach Driver was so safe, patient and courteous. We are sorry that some of the hotel rooms, particularly those for solo travellers, were very small, and that maintenance issues were evident at several of the properties. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we regret that it lowered your impression of the accommodation. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
