Costsaver Reviews

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you enjoyed the journey and plan to travel with us again, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so excellent. We are particularly pleased that his orientation tours, his judicious commentary, his help in resolving problems and his accurate estimates of arrival times made the whole trip run so smoothly. We are also encouraged that you found the hotel service excellent, the rooms very clean and the breakfasts generally very good, and that the Local Guide in Arles made such a strong impression. We are sorry that the Local Guide in Bordeaux did not meet your expectations, and that the tour was closer to an orientation walk than the experience described. Your remarks about the assumptions made regarding the nationality of the group are well taken. We also regret that the B&B hotel lacked amenities and that breakfast ran out at the hotel in Lourdes. We appreciate your candid observations on the brisk pace of the itinerary, the practicalities of packing for single-night stays, and your preference for fewer included dinners in favour of time to explore independently. We shall share these comments with our Operations Department so that the guiding, the description of the tours and the balance of the schedule may be reviewed carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such warm feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you regarded this as the trip of a lifetime, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made it even better. We are also pleased that the history commentary on the coach added so much interest, that you found the food great and the hotels good, and that the brisk pace allowed you to see so much and learn a great deal. We appreciate your remark about the minor issue at one hotel, and we are encouraged that it was resolved immediately. It is particularly gratifying that your wife chose to travel with us for a second time, and we are grateful for your recommendation. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the Operations Department, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you both again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director fantastic, and that you enjoyed the breakfasts throughout your journey. We are sorry that the dinners did not meet your expectations and that you found the hotel rooms small. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the quality of the included meals and the size of the rooms may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that the tour met your expectations, and that the autumn colours were so beautiful at the time of your visit. We are also pleased that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made such a positive contribution to your journey, and that you enjoyed both the history and the scenery along the way. We appreciate your remark that most of the hotels were very nice, and we are sorry that one was less satisfactory, although we are encouraged that you found it clean. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the property concerned may be reviewed carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director the best you have encountered, and that the Coach Drivers, Local Guides and hotels were all so helpful and knowledgeable. It is also encouraging to know that you enjoyed the new restaurant visited by the group so much, and we appreciate your recommendation that it be considered for future tours. We note your comments that, while you saw a great deal in around sixteen days, you would have welcomed more two-night stays and a little more downtime. We are sorry to learn that illness affected a number of guests on the coach, and we recognise how exhausting a full schedule can become when one is unwell. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

We are also pleased that your Coach Driver handled the heavy city traffic so safely, and that your tour director's organisation, personable manner and good humour added so much to the experience. We appreciate your remark that you would have liked to visit Jasna Góra in Częstochowa, and we shall share this suggestion with our Product Development Department.
