The issue was resolved and the bag delivered. The delay was due to the bag having a mark on it and they were trying to professionally remove it. As soon as it was dispatched the delivery was very quick and the bag is exactly as described on the website. There was just quite a delay before I was made aware of the issue and I couldn't get in contact with anyone. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely purchase again from them.
