Great customer service , Just annoyed about the bad taste left in my mouth
Amazing customer service at first, however after asking if item came with ALL the certification and packaging , very annoyed to find that the Gucci Wallet i recieved did not have the Original Box....

We are glad the customer service department responded to your expectation and answered your questions regarding the product you had purchased. At the time of your purchased, the website stated the correct date of delivery meaning the product was not available for delivery before the announced date which means it is a pre-order. Due to the high demand of this item and its limited stock we offer the possibility to our clients to purchase the item in priority prior the available date of delivery.
