Dear Cusotmer, We are so sorry for your disappointmentwith your order. In reviewing your order, we saw that the order was placed at 5:24 pm est., which was after our cutoff time for orders due to the Coronavirus and only having a skeleton crew remotely working to get the orders out. It did however, go out the next day when we reopened on May 21st. Since it was a 2nd day air package, we made it a priority to get that package out for you. It did indeed ship out and was handed off to UPS. UPS and FedEx both have the same system that Saturday and Sunday do not count for their delivery days, which means if an order went out 2nd Day on Thursday, it's expected delivery date would be on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the Next Day or 2nd Day tracking. Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus, and the overload of packages the delivery services are experiencing, they have a message on their website to expect at least a day delay for your package during this time. We understand the package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but with their day delay was delivered on Tuesday. We apologize for the inconvenienceand the day delay, but during this time the carriers are trying to do their best with getting the packages to you in the shortest time possible. We did however get the package out as expected and got it out. We are trying our best during these unprecedentedtimes and apologize for the day delay by the shipping carrier. Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing our Execukit. We currently only offer it in black, but we do have different size options and also the options to choose padded or unpadded. We want to give a little bit of variety to our customers. We hope to expand to our lines in the future. We're sorry if the shipping costs seem high. We try to charge our customers the lowest amount possible, but due to increase shipping costs from carriers that rate sometimes increases. The nice thing about ordering our kits is that if you order multiple, the shipping ends up being less. We also include the shipping costs as a separate entity and don't include it in the kit price. Often companies will state the items ship free while increasing the costs of the kit. At Corpkit, we leave the kit price as it is and add the shipping separate so you're actually paying less for the kit then possible a shipping included offer. We're sorry if there was a delay recently. Due to Coronavirus, shipping carriers are overwhelmed with packages and cannot complete their routes.
