After finding that the item did indeed ship out the day it was ordered, it was found that the post office mishandled the order and when it arrived at the destination state it was then transferred across the county to a different state. We were however able to get in touch with you and get the certificates out as soon as possible for you. We hope that are as expected.

Thanks so much for your review of our Slim Line! We understand that a lot of customers have their own operating agreements or paperwork already prepared. That is why we offer the option of blank paper for those who already have what they need, but offer the printed operating agreement for those who need a little bit more assistance. We think that the blank paper option would be a great option to print out what you needed yourself. As for our template, it's super easy to navigate and use straight from our website. If you go to our website at corpkit.com and scroll halfway down the page, there is a section that says PDF certificate templates in a box on the left hand side. You click that box and it will take you step by step how to navigate the template, but if you have any questions, our customer service representatives are always here to help walk you through the process.
