We're so sorry to hear that the seal was not to your liking, as well as the gold foil embossed seal on the pouch. The embossed seal on the pouch is for our higher end kits and is just an addition we like to add for our customers. We're sorry if it didn't meet your expectations. This can always be removed if you would like. In regards to our seal, we have two different seal options. We're sorry if one of our seal models did not meet your needs. We have pulled the paperwork and see that the seal has embossed very well on our copy, but seals can always shift in shipping. If you're having an issue with the seal embossing please don't hesitate to email us back and we'll get a new insert out for you. We apologize that the seal was unsatisfactory.
