We understand that any additional cost can be frustrating, especially if it’s not immediately clear at the time of booking. Our £4 per night pet charge is set to help cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to ensure the property remains comfortable and hygienic for all guests, including those with allergies. Compared to many providers, this is a relatively low fee, many agents charge significantly more, and it is often still much more affordable than alternative options such as kennels. That said, we do aim to offer flexibility wherever possible, and a number of our properties do allow pets to stay free of charge. We are also continuously reviewing how we present this information to make it clearer earlier in the booking process. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve both our service and communication. We hope to welcome you (and your dog!) again in the future.
