We regretted to read of your less-than-satisfactory experience at the last accommodation on your holiday - we were grateful for you reaching out to us about this. A full refund for the cost of the nights you unfortunately did not enjoy had been issued to you before your review (and acknowledged by yourself), so we regret to read your claim here stating otherwise. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to rectify the situation for you at the time. We take concerns about accommodation seriously and hope to resolve any issues promptly once we are notified - we have an out-of-hours phone service for you to contact in the event of any issues like this when our office is closed. We cannot cover travel costs to or from our holidays - this is made clear on our documentation and website. Thank you again for keeping in touch with us.
