Delivery times are too long compared to other shops that normally give next day delivery.

Apologies if your delivery took longer than usual, we do also offer a next day delivery, however this is an additional charge.

Normally other suppliers give next day delivery without extra payment so I only use Chums if goods not avallable elsewhere
