Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. I have had a look into your account and can see you have been sent an alternative colour as the brown is completely out of stock.
I do apologize if you were not happy with the alternative.

No problems this time, although the Walking shoe was initially out of stock but arrived two days after the trousers. Much better than the 6 month or so I had to wait last time I ordered.
they arrived quickly and i have used them before and was satisfied but not this time

Please accept my apologies. It seems that the item has taken some time to be returned back to us, I can see that you do you not live in UK Mainland, this could be the reason for the delay in the goods coming back to us. We would of been more than happy to exchange these goods prior to receipt if you would of contacted us with the query. We have sent out a letter requesting payment for the over seas shipment, please disregard the letter. I have arranged for the replacement order to be sent on priority to you.
