Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I can see your exchange did unfortunately go astray with our couriers. This is now being returned to us. Good morning. I was very sorry to hear that the parcel did not arrive in time to be given as a birthday gift, I can see it was originally sent to the wrong address. Once this mistake was discovered we then sent out the replacement as a priority which reached you fairly quickly. Our system shows we then received this parcel back in exchange for a smaller size which I hope is suitable & that you are are happy with your order. Thank you for you feedback.

I am so sorry your parcel did not arrive within our specified time frame on this occasion. However I have tracked this and can see you have now recieved your order. I hope you like the product. I do hope you can forgive us as this is not our usual standard.
