Thank you for the great review Paul, although we do deliver to Southern Ireland and in fact have an Irish sister company www.caterkwik.ie which makes it easier for our Irish customers to order from. We are not a sister company of Nisbets so I wonder if you may be thinking of somebody else. I shall have a look into why this impression may have been given in your case and sorry for any confusion.

We were told that the microwave was coming in the very next week with the supplier hence giving you this information as a 5-7 working day delivery. It then got delayed, which was to do with shipping and entirely beyond Caterkwik's control. We took the money in the first place due to thinking there was no issue with supply.
