Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry that you felt we provided horrible service on this occasion. It was unacceptable for you to have received a machine with a horse rug inside - we have reviewed our procedures in relation to sending graded goods out and I believe that the wrong item was sent in this instance by mistake. Our solutions support advisor tried their best to rectify as soon as they were aware, as is our duty to you as our much valued customer. As you said to her, 'mistakes happen' and we have truly learned from this instance.

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the long delay in response to this however I am aware that this was resolved with our team and your client kept the units there on site. I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused here ; we did have numerous issues with our supplier in relation to the delivery which was just as frustrating for our team when trying to get this resolved. Michael did escalate this to our Assistant Solutions Manager Melody when requested who communicated with you and brought the matter to a close. We completely take your feedback on board and hope to be able to work better with this supplier to ensure fewer issues such as this. Thank you.

Thank you for the great review Niall! Apologies, we do offer a second person for installs at an extra cost but I think as you had discussed with the coordinator that you had onsite people to help that then wasn't offered.
