Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello, thank you for your valued feedback. I do sincerely apologise that our delivery speed didn't meet expectations on this occasion. This was an order placed in the afternoon, which then had a knock on effect for the 3-5 working day delivery; the supplier actually delivered it on the 6th working day. I am so sorry for any inconvenience that caused. I am unsure re the second parcel as there doesn't seem to be info saved on this - if you could email me on kelly@caterkwik.co.uk then I can investigate.
