Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, I am sorry you are not happy with the transit times, but we clearly state on the quote and booking emails:
Transit days and times quoted are approximates only and refers to business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Transit days and times may vary without notice due to peak periods, acts of nature and backlogs. We do not guarantee delivery times so please do not plan holidays, trips and/or meetings using estimated transit times.

Much slower than advertised and discussed. Took 10 working days (2 weeks) rather than 5 working days as advertised. Car arrived safe and sound, but the delay was frustrating and made life difficult.
