Absolutely terrible service

Terrible service. My car was damaged during transport but car transport express made all sorts of excuses in order to avoid taking responsibility. Later I found out that this is a recurrent issue...

Our terms and conditions clearly state there is a $600 excess on any damage caused, and that if you are not happy with that, you are welcome to use your own insurance. Some car rental companies have an excess of over $2000, so we feel $600 is pretty fair, especially when you have a choice to use your own.
