Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review; we appreciate your feedback. It is disappointing to read that not all aspects of your break were to your full satisfaction and enjoyment, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please could you kindly email us at customerservices@caledonian.com with your feedback, quoting your holiday booking reference number, if possible please, and one of the team will come back to you. Thank you
