Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re very sorry to hear about the condition your shed arrived in. We completely understand your frustration — especially given the size and cost of your order. It’s disappointing to hear that several panels were damaged before they even reached you, and that the quality checks clearly fell short in this case. While we’re glad our delivery driver was helpful and did the right thing by documenting the damage, we know that doesn't make up for receiving a product in anything less than perfect condition. We appreciate you reaching out to our customer service team and we're sorry the resolution didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback is important, and we've passed your comments to our quality control and dispatch teams to prevent something like this from happening again.
