Hi Adam. Thanks so much for your review, and we are SO sorry to hear that we didn't deliver on the customer service. We try to respond to customers as quickly as possible to ensure that they are happy, so I am so sorry that this wasn't the case with you. Although the buttons have always passed strength testing in the lab, we have actually made improvements to the design as we had seen that some customers were complaining of them coming off. The current version of the bed has reinforced stitching, and we are always looking at ways to further improve this. I am sending out a set of buttons to you, along with a refund to cover the cost of getting them sewn on. I have also responded to your product queries.
