Our aim is to ensure that everyone who buys from Bundle Beds has a great night's sleep, and clearly we are falling short on this with you. I have emailed you directly to get clarification of the issue, and hope that we can resolve is ASAP. We are confident that they are suitable for adults, and have just launched a 8cm boosted mattress to give an extra bit of comfort for those wanting it, so we are keen to understand what isn't working for you and find a way to improve it.
