Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

They look lovely but not comfortable for an adult.Ok for a young child.

The bed often deflates by the end of the night so not comfortable

It certainly shouldn't be deflating, so I've arranged for a new mattress to be sent you and have upgraded it to our NEW boosted 8cm thick mattress so it will be super comfy for the whole family.
