Though the aircraft for return leg was fitted with WiFi, it did not start to attempt to work until about half way home - but only attempted, as it constantly kept losing connection

Flight there was ruined by person in front (first row so all the leg room) put their seat back as soon as we took off and refused to put it up, even when meals were being served. Very claustrophobic...

We have used BA Holidays before and the hotels have always been good, clearly described etc. Prices are also v reasonable.

We only flew with BA but check in was very smooth. The only negative we had was the temperature on the flight, it was very cold.
