I'm so sorry the courier failed to get the packing materials to you in time. Sometimes there's no excuse. Sometimes **** happens. We are still trying to find out from the courier why they were unable to get the delivery to your address. Whilst we may not have had the full address initially, we did send the order out again (with the complete address) and still there was a problem. Once we know why, I'll let you know but apologies again for the unnecessary stress.

Firstly I'm sorry you never received your order. Looking at the tracking, it appears the courier attempted delivery three times but was not able to get a signature. Whilst we can advise the driver to leave the goods somewhere safe, it is at the driver's discretion. Very frustrating I know but there may have been a very good reason why the driver did not feel there was a safe place to leave the parcel (there may have been people hanging around at the time). The order is currently on its way back to us. Upon its return we will raise the refund. Were we made aware of the trouble you were having with the delivery, we would have done everything we could to get your order to you but unfortunately this is the first we've heard about the problem. We take enormous pride in our customer services and, as you can see from our service rating, as well as previous comments, we would have acted fast to resolve the issue had we known about it. Nevertheless I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience with the delivery.
