We are sorry you have had this issue, it is very unusual, however issues do happen every now and again.
We are slightly disappointed you rated a 1 star seeing as we were very much contactable anytime & we answered your calls over the weekend reassuring you at the time we will sort out the problem so you would not be out of pocket.
I can confirm we have refunded the missing item as we can see it is still out on delivery via the tracking link, so we are not quite sure at this stage what the courier company has done with it.
