Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

i'm so sorry you've had such a terrible experience, and one that looks like it could easily have been avoided if you'd only received our despatch confirmation email. whilst it's very, very rare, i'm certainly not going to make excuses. we will nevertheless investigate why it happened on this occasion and try to prevent it happening again. please let us know once you've collected the boxes and we will arrange compensation for the inconvenience.

Hi Nick, I really appreciated your swift response and offer of compensation. However, in the end it proved totally unfeasible for me to collect the boxes in person given the distance and the very limited window of opportunity that the courier company gave to collect them (and I freely admit that most of the problems I've experienced have been caused by Yodell, not you!). Therefore I'd be grateful if you could either refund me, or arrange for the boxes to be re-sent (I can give an different delivery address if necessary). Many thanks.

thanks for the feedback. unfortunately our contract with the courier does not allow us to offer more specific delivery times other than next day. due to their size, the parcels often have to be manually sorted through their network, resulting in the occasional human error and subsequent delay, which can be monumentally frustrating for the customer that's paid extra for a timed delivery! glad you got everything though on the day. Phew!
