Thanks Jake. whilst it's nice to hear the moving boxes are high quality, it's even better to hear you say 'good delivery'. we've worked really hard with the courier to make sure communication between us, them and the customer is spot on.

thanks for the review. this is unfortunately the case at the moment. due to their bulky nature, our parcels often have to be manually sorted through their network, resulting in the occasional human error and subsequent delay, which means they're unwilling to provide specified delivery windows. we're working hard with them to find a solution, though, and hope to improve this part of the service before too long. if you have friendly neighbours, though, the drivers will normally follow instructions. good luck with the rest of your move.
