We update and review our wait time on a daily basis once we've had our returns everyday. If a wait for a game is projected as high we will always look to get more copies to address this wait.
We offer the wait time colour code indicators for customers to help them decide how to order their lists and the potential wait for a game, however these are subject to change on a daily basis. Anytime you are left waiting for a game you will receive payback points which can be used for discounts, bonus rentals or saved for a free rental month.
Our "keep it" prices change automatically by our system in line with the relative age of the game. However if it has fallen behind we can review this manually if need be.
