Fast efficient service, but quite a long wait for popular games if you don’t get their top level package, which is reasonable I guess.

Check your games before you send them off as I received one that didn’t work and had to send it back the same day

We're really sorry to hear that you received a faulty disc. We quality check our discs when they are returned and clean and check before sending out to the next customer.
In the very rare occasion a faulty disc is received by a customer we will always send out a replacement copy and in addition send another game from your list as a free extra rental to make up for this.
We do check all of our games before sending them out, in some cases the game itself might need an update or a system reset to work, however we will always put you right if you have received a faulty disc.
