Good morning, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review following your appointment with Bluecrest Wellness! Its wonderful your health assessor, Alexi, was so brilliant and engaging! Its also great to hear they kept you in the loop of what was happening at the appointment. I will pass on your lovely feedback! In regard to the GP consultation, you can upgrade your package to the 'Vitality Advanced' as an extra cost which does include a GP consultation. If you would like to add this, do call us on 0808 168 7867. I'm sorry to hear your GP doesn't accept the results on our side. You can download these to PDF to send over, if this is a format they would accept. I will of course pass all of your feedback on to the team around this.
