I apologise you were unhappy with the level of service received during your recent contact with your local branch. I have forwarded this directly to the Branch Manager to discuss this with the Agent. We aim to provide excellent customer service at every contact therefore we take comments such as this very seriously.

However, I have had a look at your policy and unfortunately the agent was correct on this occasion. As your policy reduced by €60.00 this year this would be the best price we could possibly offer while still offering an excellent product to our customers.

We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.

The lifetime noclaims bonus payment protection courtesy of AXA for 10 years with them was lovely. Also the insurance for my vehicle came down for the third time in 2 years. Brill
