Duggestions

Have a more personal approach to customers. Lower premiums and send paperwork out with more time to look over. Don’t take high deposits.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed that we were unable to reduce the price of your renewal. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your renewal premium. I have had a look at your policy today, and I can confirm this is the best premium we would be able to offer this year as it reduced by €26.23.

Over 80% of our customers renew with us each year and we try our very best to offer them the most competitive cover and quotation. Our agents would always try and do the very best they can for you, however, would be unable to reduce the percentage of the premium requested as a deposit, this is a company wide procedure and would be unable to be amended for individual customers.

We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us.
