I apologise you have been experiencing issues during your recent contact. I can see on your Car policy you have been attempting to update the named drivers licence details. As has been advised, the photos we have received have, unfortunately, not been clear enough and therefore we have been unable to accept. If you could please sent a clear photo or a coloured scan of the licence we will be in a position to update the licence on your behalf.
