I apologise you were unhappy with the closure of your local branch. Fewer and fewer AXA customers are calling into their nearest branch. Instead there is a growing preference for people to purchase their insurance online or by phone. Following a review of the branch network a decision was made to close a number of branches, including your local one. However we are maintaining our branch network, which will continue to offer a full range of services. Your nearest branch is now Galway.

We also have our dedicated customer service team who are available 8am - 8am Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday on 1890 247 365 or alternatively you can also contact any of our branches during opening hours which can be found on our Website: https://www.axa.ie/insurance/branches/
