I apologise for the issue you encountered recently with your indemnity letter. Unfortunately, as this is a legal document it must be issued via post and cannot be issued via email. I can see this was issued on the 03/12, 04/12 and 05/12 - we must advise all customers of a 3-5 day postal service delivery timeframe. Indemnity letters are also automatically issued to the mortgage company address as advised at inception.

I am glad, however, that you have been able to receive your documentation in branch to resolve your issue. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing AXA for your home insurance. We really appreciate your business.
