However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, this would be the best price we would be able to offer this year. Our agents would always try and do the very best they can for you.

However, I have tried to investigate the issue with your partners policy and I am unable to find any policies with your partners details therefore I am unfortunately unable to investigate this any further.
