When told policy would be reduced by 30 euro to stay with them and policy sent out at the original price not to happy

I apologise the premium sent out was incorrect on this occasion. I have checked your policy and the premium advised of €550.12 is the correct premium your policy has been renewed at. As discretionary credit was applied and the policy renewed on the same day we were unable to issue an amended quote however all finance details will be available via MyAxa should you wish to confirm your premium information.
